EAN PRINT TERMS & CONDITIONS
For user who sign up and conduct transaction through EanPrint.my http://www.eanprint.my (herein referred as the “Site” or “Website”) which is provided by EAN LABEL INDUSTRY SDN.BHD (herein referred as “ EAN PRINT” , “We”, “Us” or “Our”). Users are required to read the terms and conditions before the transaction from our website.
We reserved the right to amend these terms and conditions any time, with or without prior notice to customers (herein referred as “ Customer” or “ User”). It is our customer responsibility to know and periodically update yourself on these terms and conditions so as to fully understand your rights and privileges.
1.1 All printing material and services from EanPrint.my are solely provided by EAN LABEL INDUSTRY SDN.BHD.
1.2. EanPrint.my are solely responsible for customers under EanPrint.my including accepting transactions,online sales and marketing campaign, and handling complaints from online customers.
1.3 EanPrint.my are NOT responsible for customers from EAN LABEL INDUSTRY SDN BHD including accepting transactions, marketing sales and campaigns, and handling complaints from customers.
1.4 The prices stated from EanPrint.my are only served for online customers, for EAN LABEL INDUSTRY SDN.BHD please contact the sales executive to advise.
2.0 ONLINE ORDERING/ PROCESSING
2.0 Customers from EanPrint.my are required to complete the entire journey only consider Order Successful: - add product into shopping cart > checkout > proceed payment > payment success> upload artwork.
2.1 Customers from EanPrint.my are required to complete the entire journey only consider Deal Done:- add product into shopping cart > checkout > proceed payment > payment success> upload artwork> art cross check and approve > production > delivery.
2.2 EanPrint.my reserves the right to reject any order that does not comply with the standard product specifications (refer to 5.0 Artwork preparation/ upload) for output set by EanPrint.my.
2.3 Once customers submit an order to EanPrint.my., it is considered a purchase. Once an order is in the process stage ( i.e. “Pending” , “Payment done”, “ Artwork Approved”, “ Done” or “ Delivery” status indicated in the user profile page) it cannot be cancelled or changed.
2.4 If customers are required to amend and resend artwork to EanPrint.my they have to do it call up to our services centre with not more than 3 working days right after the “ Artwork Upload” Stage. The system will update to “Artwork Approved” after 3 days, hence the request will not be accepted.
2.5 Order will not be processed if the customer is not completed with the “ Payment” and “ Upload Artwork” .
2.6 We have not provided colour proofing or proofreading services from online purchase.
2.7 Customers are required to download official receipt and Invoice from EanPrint.my ,hardcopy receipt will not be provided.
2.8 EAN PRINT would take legal action to prosecute any customers whom we suspect of making fraud deposits/payment to us.
2.9 Customers are required to re-order from EanPrint.my even it is a repeat order.
3.0 PAYMENT POLICY
3.1 All payment should be crossed and made payable to EAN LABEL INDUSTRY SDN BHD. PUBLIC BANK BERHAD A/C No: 3142664314
3.2 EanPrint.my only received transactions from Online Banking, iPay88, Touch & Go E-wallet and Grab Pay.
3.3 Customers who pay via VISA and MASTER will be charged 2.9% from payment gateway. ( Noted: 2.9% as the transaction fees charged by iPay88)
3.4 Customers are required to top up credit by selecting top up credit amounts at RM100, RM200, RM300, RM500, RM1000 and RM3000. Below table shows the credit amount customer pay and amount they own under EanPrint.my:
3.5 Top up credit is valid for 1 year ( 365 days) from the date customer to do the top up. Once the deadline has reached the credit will be forfeit and non refundable.
3.6 Customers who have reached expiry date for use of credit are allowed to top up after 14 days of the expiry date. ( I.e. Mr Mohd left balance RM35, and his credit expiry date is 3 March 2020, he can still top up credit within 4 March 2020- 18 March 2020 (14 days). )
3.7 Price from Eanprint.my has included 6% of SST.
3.8 The tax invoice will be issued after the shipment of your goods.
4.1 All orders will be delivered by Eanprint.my appointed courier company.
4.2 We will not arrange delivery schedules for “self collection” orders.
4.3 For “self collection” orders, customers are required to collect the goods at EAN LABEL INDUSTRY SDN.BHD. No 10 & 12, Jalan Tago 7, Taman Perindustrian Tago, 52200 Kuala Lumpur.
4.4 “Self Collection” items will be kept in store for ONLY 30days. After 30 days …
4.5 Delivery date estimate 3- 5 working days. 5 days delivery are subject to 100sgm2 of order quantity.
4.6 We will only respond to customers who request “ Urgent” or “Rush Delivery” . Customers may request special arrangements through contact with our customer services.
4.7 Estimate date shown from shopping cart is exclude weekend and public holidays.
4.8 Late update from the estimation timeline of PAYMENT & ARTWORK might lead to late delivery.
4.9 We will not liaise with customers who deny these terms. Customers are with consent before the products are made.
5.0 ARTWORK PREPARATION/ UPLOAD/ TRANSFER FILE
5.1 All artwork provided by customers, Eanprint.my will not provide any artwork design or adjustment.
5.2 Artwork files must be in several file format: JPG,PNG, PDF,AI.
5.3 Artwork files below 100mb are allowed to upload through Eanprint.my.
5.4 Artwork files exceeding 100mb will need to upload to wetransfer and send to xxxemailaddress.
5.5 We will not liaise with artwork that does not fulfill our artwork specification please download artwork specification from Eanprint.my to check the requirement before upload artwork.
5.6 The artwork must be uploaded after the payment has been done. Late artwork upload might delay the production and delivery date.
6.0 GENERAL EXPECTATION ON PRINTING OUTCOME (LABELS, STICKERS, FLEXIBLE PACKAGING)
6.1 Eanprint.my will not responsible color discrepancies on the end results of printing.
6.2 Eanprint.my use international colour measurement standards (Densitor/ Density) and have a process colour combination tolerances of ± 0.10 density. We will not guarantee the colour match of your artwork or reprint We endeavour to minimize colour inconsistency in output by applying DeltaE 8 for intra batch (a printing standard to measure CMYK colour combination consistency-refer clause 6.2). To ensure DeltaE 8 standards are met in all our products, our QA department utilizes an X-Rite Densitometer colour measurement machine. We are one of the few printers in Malaysia that are equipped with this state-of-the-art tool.
6.3 Artwork uploaded must be single layout, any imposing of the artwork will NOT be done by Eanprint.my.
6.4 We assume all of our customers have the rights for usage on all logos, and designs submitted to us. We will assume no responsibility in any trademarks or copyright infringement dispute. By purchasing from us the customer agrees to assume any liability resulting from actions or demands brought against us for trademark or copyright infringement.
6.5 Eanprint.my reserves the right to reject any artwork that is deemed to contain offensive literature or images.
