Pharmaceutical Sticker & Label

Our company also manufactures pharmaceutical labels mainly for pharmaceutical industries. These labels are made from ultra thin paper with a special self adhesive and wet-glue type which will result a long lasting impression. These labels are available in various sizes and shapes and we make use of unique color combination and material to meet our customer’s requirements. We do provide these labels with holographic feature other security element based on our customer’s requirements. We also perform quality check before deliver the product to our customer to ensure the quality of the product.

Upload your artwork by heading to “my order” > “upload artwork” of the order.

It depends, if your file size is less than 50MB you can directly upload into our system. If your file exceeds 50MB, you are required to upload via “Wetransfer” and upload the link of the transferred file to us.

Please send to cs@eanprinting.my if you are using wetransfer file. 

It might be due to the file type not matching with our file format. We only accept files in AI, PSD, JPG, and PDF forms. Second issues would be the size issues, please refer to the question above.

No, we only accept artwork from clients to proceed with the printing.

Measure your artwork in the form of width (W), Height (H) before you make an order.

The possible rejection due to several reasons stated as below:

(i) Resolutions of Uploaded Artworks

If we received a file in low resolution or it is pixelated, we will not proceed to printing thus your artwork will be rejected. 

(ii) Artwork Without Outline

If your uploaded artwork has no outline, we are unable to proceed to printing. 

(iii) Image does not embed in the artwork

We will be facing missing images from the artwork if you save without embedded it. 

(iv) Wrong File Format

We will not accept files in the RGB format. We only accept CMYK files for printing. 

 

The bleed zone is the area to be trimmed off. You are required to bleed in 3mm on where the cut is to be made. Check Artwork Specification for bleed zone references.

Trimming zone is a small amount of space to account for the movement of the paper and the inconsistencies of the designs.

Your artworks are required to include a trimming zone to proceed printing.

Safe zone refers to the area within the cut or trim line where you need not to worry about the important texts and graphics being trimmed off after diet cut.

Delivery cost is generated by system according to your order volume (count by weight) and your location by inserting your delivery postcode.

Once we have done our quality checking, the courier company will pick up your order from our warehouse and will be sent to you. You will receive an email from us to track your goods delivery status after the parcel has been collected.

GDEX and Poslaju. The shortest delivery period will be our main concern when choosing one of these courier companies.

Payment Policy / Delivery / Artwork Specification 

  • Our payment policy is on a top-up credit basis; every payment will be deducted from the account credit balance 
  • In order to complete fast, the customer is required to make payment and artwork upload completely before we start production. 
  • Artwork only accepted in AI, PSD, JPG, and PDF High Res file. 
  • Processing Date is counted by 1 working day ( Exclude Sat & Sun; Public Holiday) 
  • Expected Delivery will be 1-2 days different whereby this is the system auto-generate expected delivery date. 
  • Delivery charges based on the order quantity and location, the more customers order the lower of delivery cost pay.

5 Easy Steps

To Print Online at Ean Printing

1. Select Your Product & Get Instant Quotation
  • Select your product specification such as size, paper material, color, finishing and etc
  • Select your order quantity with a minimum order for 1 piece.
  • Add to cart after the instant quotation show from the web. 
2. Top Up Credit
  • Use payment method : Bank Transfer/ Cash Bank In / Cheque for payment to do the top up credit 
  • Payment amount will be deduceted from top up credit 
  • Min top up credit RM30 
3. Upload Artwork
  • Artwork file below 15MB you may upload directly, however for artwork more then 15MB you are require to upload via wetransfer and send to cs@eanprinting.my 
  • If you artwork failed to upload it will not be treated as "confirm order". Final check your artwork specification to avoid affection on production. 
4. Production 
  • Order confirmation once the payment and artwork has completed.
  • Production will be take only 24 hours to complete. 
  • 24 Hours lead time count after the artwork confirmation. 
  • Production cut off time is 13:00 every working day.
  • Expected Delivery is the date to complete the order & ready for self collection or delivery. 
5. Self Collection/ Delivery
  • Email will be sent once the order has ready to collect or delivery.
  • Self collection will be collected at Ean Label Industry Sdn Bhd, however for delivery will takes 3-5 days arrange by courier company. 
  • For delivery we will arrange the delivery for you which takes 3-5 days workings day. 
  • Estimate delivery time will be update and you are able to check from “My Order” to track your parcel.
